Fuel Problem

Hi im actually AcBrand's brother darryn...I'm interested in buying integra near me in florida for really cheap as a project, its $500. Anyway, the owner has replaced the fuel pump and relay but isn't getting any power to the pump as he put it. I think he means he's not getting any fuel to the pump as if the tank was empty. What could the problem be? Fuel hose? if its something simple i would like to buy it, fix it, and clean it up. its a non-vtec ls btw

it probally is the ecu, but still need more info, fuel pressure, no injector signal ,ignition switch, broken wire so on and so on. 500.00 is cheap for any integra anymore.
