Fuel line leak

Okay so where the fuel line is attached to the gas tank by a bolt and washer(behind the rear driver side wheel) has broken off of the tank and is now leaking in that spot. I've tried some sealing sprays which have all failed due to the pressure from the line. Is there an easy fix to this or is it possible to just remove and replace just the part of the fuel line? I'm wasting gas like crazy not to mention how dangerous it is. Any help would be appreciated.

Years ago when I had a POS 91 Integra it leaked in the same place. Take a pipe cutter and cut the rusted section out. Sand any rust off the pipe that is left on OD. Then simply graph 3/8" or 7/16" fuel hose to bridge the gap. Hose clamp, done.
