Fuel injector size on 94-ls

I know ive seen this question around but cant find it again. i wasnt to replace my fuel injectors because im getting a new aem fuel rail and they have about 250k miles on them but i dont know what size they are... so if anyone could help out that would be great.

Some 300's would be more than enough I think. Are you getting a pressure regulator?

I believe all 3rd gens use the same size injectors 220?260? Something like that. I'm someone can chime in on this
