Front bumper loose

I have a integra 91, and my front bumper is loose on the sides it is bolted in the middle under the hood but on the sides they are not screwed on or any thing how do i go about doing this i want it tight.

Sounds like your just missing some bolts.

Ill just bring that in because i got one side in and the other ones hangin a little so im going to just have to bring it in probly better that way so its nice and tigh.
