And as far as looks go, some nice blubs and some amber or black corners. A rear wiper delete plug is about 15 bucks and will have your hatct lookin hella clean. I'll have picks of mine up soon!

If your #1 priority is getting the cheapest parts you can find, you won't be any faster than you are now, and you'll be replacing them eventually because they'll fall apart. There's alot of low down dogs making generic crap from inferior materials to sell to dumb kids. You need parts that work together to make power, just buying a mish-mash of shit will get you nowhere. A mish-mash of shit will have people who know how to mod a car laughing at you.

There isnt much to do for free, except ripping out your a/c. Maybe the interior, but after that you have to start payin.

maybe he just means he wants a free or cheap costing list... of mods he can do. sort of like that one guy on ebay selling instructions on how to put together a custom turbo set up... only he wants one on how to build his engine or something.
