Well with the block head combo and 9.1:1 pistons your looking at about 8.8:1 compression which would be fine for turbo but not NA. GSR head is worth say 4-500, b16 shortblock 6-700 rods and pistons are 5-600, plus cost of bearings and headstuds. still need a complete gasket kit and possibly a lot more unless he left out things like IM and EM.Your looking high end around two grand worth of parts if not more, but you will need atleast another 500 maybe in parts to complete this engine. for that much you can pick up an 0bd0 or obd1 b16 complete or even a gsr for close to that. Id say pass unless you have a lot of the parts needed to complete this and can assemble yourself otherwise labor will put you into ITR swap pricing. I could be wrong on some of the costs and such but thats my opinion bro.
