Wasup CI, the names BigRob (no shit?!)...
Day 2 on the site and finding it very useful / informative.
just takin the time out to say wattup and introduce maself, 21 From NY where we dont use cars for shiiiet!. Livin in FL now(love this weather.. n the whitegirls OMG) where ofcourse no car means u aint shiitt.
My first whiip was a 92 civic, got it in nov of 08.. loved it to death did alot of repairs and fixes myself and got alot of compliments on how smoth it drove.. idk i wasnt big on cars till i first got 1 and from then on its been a fetish lol..books manuals magazines pictures how to's DIY's the works i got rid of it tho thinkin i was movin back, long story short, i bought a 90 integra rs(at) db1. my lil project now, needs alotta tlc but hey for 450 atleast the shit runs!
. 125,xxx original miles, needs paint, 3 lugs missing (wtf?) idk either..interior is CLEAAAN.. ac colder then grandmas beamer(deadass) small hole on the down pipe so its alil loud.. gettin that fixed soon , alil oil in the spark plugs... gotta check thermo cuz its heats up alil coolant is topped off though.. ***i posted somethin on this earlier so iit'l look firmiliar to some of you guys*** but the one thing that the kinda worries me is that the engine shakes a bit . a few of you thought it was a "while im driving" problem so ima just be alil more detailed... ****PIICS COMMIN SOON***
Starting the car is alil ruff about 7-10 seconds (yeaa i counted) whenit first starts the stearing wheel shakes hard but i give it alil gas and it goes away... when i rev in park it does not rev past 3rpm, while driving its kinda like its redlining at 3rpm(same way when parked) until the tranny shifts.. usually ii gradually accelerate to avoid that,... comming to a stop it shakes when it reaches low rpm but at a full stop theres no shake, brakes are not a problem.. couple people cheked motor mounts and said there fine.. let me know ur thought, just tryna get some feedback for now until i get some extra cash to start repairs
