The only cars that interested me was the 70 Z28, the 69 Camaro and the 67 or so Mustang. All the others can rot lol. I never liked those 73 or so Mustangs and the Firebird was just a big heavy whale. Never my thing. The service men probably left them there.

:( anyone want go on a big road trip? I'll bring the trailer...
Why? It's not like they have some Superbird sitting back there or a 426 Hemi Cuda. Your gonna need a boat, not a trailer, to get those things back here. lol. But the Z28 is probably the rarest one there, the 351 Mustang doesn't seem to be very special.

ALL of these vehicles are RARE in our area.

But there are plenty of graveyards in the US that have rare muscle cars just sitting. I do find it werid that they are in Japan. Have michael go pick them up for us.

i dont care about which one more $/rare car, the firebird and the gto have more centennial value to me. my uncle would love that z28, to add to his collect. if they were pre 70 nova or 66-67 dart ( i know not rare here) my uncle would find a way to get his hands o it.

Reminds me of something I saw a while ago, there was a Ford RS200 abandoned in a parking garage in Japan, covered in loads of dust. It's really sad to see one of these cars just waste away in a garage like that.

edit: Just noticed this looks like an RS200 Evo, although without seeing the roof it is hard to tell. If it is it would be one of 24 rally editions ever produced for Group B. This looks like a car prepped to be on the Ford or Shell race team, although not raced.
In the last pic on the link the Ford or Shell race color scheme is visible under the dust on the door, however it is missing the numbers and sponsors

^those things are awesome, I'd go save that for sure. Too bad the engine life expectancy for some models was like 30 hrs or something crazy. Constant rebuilds doesn't seem like fun.

The RS200 is probably my favorite car ever made ever. I have heard that the engine run time is 10-15 hrs before it needs a rebuild, but who cares, it still holds the world record for the fastest production car 0-60 mph time of 2.1 seconds and the car was made in the late 1980's, with this car you could drive circles around anything.
Also can't quite afford about $175,000 on a car where there are only like 6 or 7 on this side of the planet. The Escort RS Cosworth is one that I want to own, and it is realistic to own one.
