Fixing deep scratches on bumper?

Sorry for the crappy cellphone quality but yeah, what can I use to fix these deep scratches. Something like bondo but for plastic, I need help.

i know theres some kind of urethane filler you could buy from autozone/pepboys.

sand, apply, sand flush, paint.

Yep, touch up paint isnt going to help you here. Thats into the plastic, and dug out.
