Hey guys I just bought a 1990 Integra GS and its all stock and running well, but their is some body damage. The guy I bought it off of said he did it himself and as you can tell he isn't that bad except for the bottom of the car(check pictures) is there any way I can fix this or should I just take it to a pro?

That looks like a CRAZY bondo job. I wouldnt say the previous owner knew what he was doing. Bondo should be used to fill small imperfections to smooth out the panels. It should never be laid on as thick as that, which looks to be at least 1/8" thick.

Im not familiar with DA's. Is the portion under the door metal? or is it a plastic sideskirt? If its metal, it could have been dented. Instead of getting it cut out and a new piece welded in, or trying to pull the dent out, the previous owner used gobs of body filler.

If its actually the plastic sideskirt, it probably got dented and would be replaced.

+1 mirror image. Even if you used a lot of bondo to level it out, it would look like a noticeable slope.

pretty much if you start chipping away at it i dont even have an idea of how far its gonna go. body filler does not stop the spread of rust. it just slows it down a bit and covers it. it should never be used to cover up a dent more than 1/16th deep. in the second picture you can see how it actually slopes down and then up. this is suppose to be flat and it has the rubber rust protection material. you can start chipping away at the bottom of it or sand some of it down and then prime it. might help for a bit but until a new patch can be welded in or you get a new rocker panel its just gonna get worse.
