Fix It Up

Hey guys, I have a few questions about my Integra. I just finished my Ls/vTec swap, now I'm ready to clean it up and make it look better. I started off by taking the side moldings off. I did some bondo work on just one of the holes which you can see the primer square after I was done. Is this the best way of going about filling the holes where the side moldings used to go? Also, do I do the same on the holes where the badges were on the back? When I'm finished with that, what else should I do to go about making it look better? I don't want to take the body kit off for all of the body kit haters out there ;:lol: I have a few dents where someone attempted breaking into my car right above the driver side door that needs to have some bondo work done I'm guessing? Also plan on night shading the tail lights and third brake light on the spoiler. what else do you guys think?
