fix bumpers or put on fiberglass body kit

i bought this integra with a body kit. the kit is fiber glass. the original front and rear are solid i think just a bit bent or w/e. im gonna repaint the car in a few weeks i just wanna know if painting the car/bodykit is smarter than painting the car/repairing the orig bumpers.
