First timer....LS/VTEC or boost?

I'm A newcomer to the turbo world and i need some help. i dont know much at all about a turbo setup or all of the parts needed to complete one, but right now i'm debating on either a turbo or ls-vtec.
I'd like to know how the price or a decent turbo set-up would compare to a all motor set-up?? Also what size for everyday low boost usage??

yes true but my car is a daily driver and i am just gonna do itr front end hid light cf hood black lip and championship white paint on black rims

then im gonna buy another teg and fully build the ls motor and boost it so it will be my track car at around 450 to 550 whp

ya that is a good thing as well but my addvice for Jmoney187 is to just boost and dont be cheap about get traction bar and good tunning and the right setup and u will fly u will be able to walk a lot of cars if u have the turbo setup done right so just go boost if u got the money

well heres the thing.. i have a truck that has most of my money and pride right now. and At first i was going to just build the B18B with bolt ons and valvetrain then get a 240sx. But i realized that y not just do what i wana do with the car and i want a more aggressive honda experience. Either way i go (boost or motor) i will do it up right and get it going but i guess the only thing is.. Is a turbo set-up always mroe then an ls-vtec set-up (obviously depending on mods too). ?? Becuz if thats the case then i want all motor becuz i cant spend 5 or $6000 my budget will be around $3000 or so for parts becuz labor is crucial.
Also wahts more reliable?

Most reliable, leave your motor alone. Just throw a turbo setup on it with 7lbs or so and be done with it. It should more than satisfy your honda experience.

Will i be abke to piece together a decent kit for around $3,000?
there is always the supercharger. nothing wrong with those i perfer a turbo but there not a bad bang for your buck, when your looking for something on the lower price end

Yes! And turbo kits are less expensive to put together than a supercharger
