1. if i were to bore my motor .020 out, could i just get .020 rings? or do i need .020 over pistons as well?

2. how do you get your oil pump apart when its out of the motor? damn phillips....

3. do you have to do anything special to the crank when your replace the main and rod bearings? should i get .010 or .020 over, .25mm under, or just standard?

1. You need larger pistons to match the more of the cylinder
2. Use a large phillips that has a flatter tip. Point ones will most likely strip the threads.
3. If the crank is not damaged (scoring) then you use whatever bearing that it calls for. I believe there are color codes on the crank for what stock bearing is at each location.
