Falling on its face

Hi, I have a 90 da9 and my problem is...
The car turns on and idles, but when I try to give it gas it hesitates, now I can pump the peddle and it will rev but if I try putting her in gear it will big down and if I don't pump the gas it will cut off.

The car is pretty much factory except for cold air intake and exh.

The car had been sitting down for a long time but it would get warmed up a couple times a year.
This just started the other day.

Help please.

Fuel could be stale. Dump the gas out, change the oil, and do a tune up and see what happens.

I did dump the gas and the oil is still clear from the last time I changed it, since I haven't really ran the car.
Plugs are going to be my next try.

I was thinking that the problem was maybe a sensor of some sort.
Ill start With plugs.

Where is the fuel pump relay?
I removed the fuel filter and it was thick rust water clogging the filter.
Now the pump is not working and the pos is new, so I'm hoping that It blew a fuse or relay.
