factory alarm on gsr?

do gsr's come with factory alarm systems?
when i was installing my fog lights i had the dash apart on the driver side and i saw a wiring just sitting there right behind the steering wheel.
i think it was a red wire, i forgot it happened awhile ago, but just wanted to know what wire that might be for
i dont have any alarm what so ever or kill switches or even wheel locks
i know i need to step it up with security lol but i live in a good area so ive been slacking with it

Mine came with an alarm well at least that's what the owner told me. It sounds like a bird chirping

should be able to turn the chirp off by holding the lock and option button on the remote, if it blinks long once it's on two short blinks mean off
