exhaust or turbo

Should I drop $500 for the Skunk2 Megapower R exhaust or just go straight into piecing together parts for a turbo? (99 LS integra)

i'd go with the exhaust first. just incase you change your mind and want to go N/A.
:thumbs up That's what I'd do also when/if you go turbo you have a good exhaust to go with it.

You're going to need a good exhaust anyway if you go turbo (unless you run a straight dump). $500 isn't much of a budget to work with. Good luck with shopping.

you can get a good t3/t4 with 5 if you look in the right place. and i would do the turbo first. stock exhaust FTW. quiet and still fast

sweet, i have no problem with stock exhaust...guess i'll go for turbo first. nothin i hate more than hearing a slow car with loud exhaust

I'd start piecing turbo parts together first if your sure you want to go boost. You will want a bigger exhaust once you get turbo'ed and render the one you would have bought useless

^that is a good option. spend the money on a good, quiet system for NA like exmag, ws2 or sp2. then when you go boost then work a cutout into it like Winki said.
that way you get the best of both worlds, a quiet exhaust that'll still take boost, and then when you want full scoot open up the cutout!
