megan / jvt / ebay header? i had the same exact gasket blow on my old header. nobody sells them! i called the manufacture i bought it from , called import shops around phx, went in to autozone and tried to match up gaskets, exhaust shops, and no luck. finally, what i did was go to lopers (i think - or some muscle car shop) and bough a sheet of gasket material. i took the blown gasket, traced it onto the sheet of gasket felt/cardboard material, and then cut it out with a razor. it was solid after that, no more leaks. i think the sheet cost $12, and is about 8"x24". I have the whole sheet (minus the shape of that same gasket) left, i'll let you make yourself a gasket out of it if you are in phx. if not i'll ship it to you for say $10?
