A good tune up and don't drive like a nut. Your car has a 12gallon tank and you should be able to get 400 city almost 500 highway miles out of it, damn what more do you want.
You can try playing with your timing, I think if you advance your intake cam and retard your exhaust cam you will lose power but get better gas mileage.
