Engine stalling!

I have a '99 LS automatic (don't laugh, it was my sister's car) and the car randomly stalls. After 5 minutes of driving, it randomly loses alot of power and almost cuts off, then, about 10 seconds later it goes along fine. Some days it worse, sometimes it's better. Replaced the fuel filter a couple days ago and it still stalls. Anybody got any advice or had similar problems?

Done. Along with temp sensor. The dealership didn't impress me much with their recommended fuel flush. The mechanic I talked to was nice enough (I would hope so considering their rates). This is of course after I took the car to my local mechanic, which obviously yielded nothing. Nobody seemed to have any better idea than me about the problem. I'm going to spray some carb cleaner around the throttle body to check for leaks, after that will try a little 93 octane in there. Either way I'll post the results, but I'm extremely doubtful at this point....
