Anyone know roughly what it would cost to hone out the cylinders new rings bearings oil pump and seals would cost?? Debating wether to do that or just get off my lazy ass spend some money and build for some mad turbo app

get ready to spend 600+. my all motor build cost roughly 1200.

Are you getting new pistons/rods as well? Im boring mine to 81.5 with pistons,rods,decking the block,assembling bottom end, etc... and Im looking at $1,200+ just for the bottom end.

I'm doing an all motor build due to worn rings and a destroyed landing. If your pistons are okay and it's ring only, you need rings, bearings maybe, you'd be looking at a grand or so in the bottom end. Might as well do a head. Why are you looking at rebuilding?

Just a b18a1... Im either leaving it stock for a few years or going nut case on a turbo build sending it and getting it sleeved and bored to 82mm je pistons eagle rods bearings seals oil pump upgrade the whole head port polish I have a Garrett turbo and type rs bov I picked up for 200 bucks build should be around the 10,000 mark may as well make the engine look good since the body and interior are mint
