Electrical problems... Brake pedal

I turn my car off and take out the key with my foot on the pedal the car will stay running until I take my foot off the pedal also when I push on the pedal with no key it runs the startup procedure priming the fuel pump with all the dash lights turning on and the main relay clicking below the dash...
Any thoughts on where to start?

Problem went away about half way through the day but i still want it fixed i don't want to deal with it again or deal with something even worse from the problem... Also the rear wiper randomly turned on last week and wouldnt turn off so i unplugged it
