ek9 red carpet/bride/recaro questions...

Ok, I've been looking around for information on the Bride and Type R Red Recaro seats, and an EK9 red carpet...

Question for those who have owned or experience these seats please..
Are bride seats as comfortable as the Recaro ?
Which bride adjustable seat would fit an Integra ?
Which bride seat would you recommend for a person that stands at 5'4 - 5'5 ?
Would it be an easy install for either the bride or recaro seats?
which one would you choose ? bride or recaro ?
for those who bought them online, any preferences on the store ?

Now for those who have fitted the red ek9 carpet into the integra..
are there any how to's online ?
I know it shouldn't be a hard task but I rather have some ideas on how to do it...

i guess i can awnser a couple of Questions, it would be easier to install recaros b/c if the type r recaros come with seat rails they bolt right up. And i would choose recaro because of there honda herritage. and i also think hmotorsonline might have some.

for the carpet IDK, b/c it is out of an EK when integras are based off an EG chassie
