Ecu Questions please

Hey all i was wondering does anyone on this site chip ecu's for turbo setups or anything and what are some going prices? im half way done with my turbo setup and i gotta get it tuned at a place down the road but i need the ecu chipped i got a p75 , sorry i am new to turbo's

agreed....what your asking for is just a basemap. There is no alternative for tuning than having your car on a dyno and getting tuned with some sort of engine management. (hondata,aem,chrome,ect)

Phearable.net This guy will give you a basemap tune on a new ecu for $175.00 i believe or you can mail him yours. I don't know about these guys cause i recently met a guy running 8 psi with stock injectors, fuel pump, and clutch running nothing more than a piggy back system and he's been like that for over a year and the car is still going and pulls pretty nicely, and in denver no less lol no offense guys

I do mod ECU's and provide basemaps, but only in limited quantity. It's not my day job like it is for Xenocron. I kinda do it on the side. Also, if you are having it tuned, you should find out what software the tuner prefers...uberdata, crome, etc. They should be able to work with any of them but they may have a preference.

I'll post up an example of my work when I get a chance just in case you're curious. I'd do it for less, but to be honest, I lack the amount of experience and expertise that Xenocron has.

Thanks for the info guys i have run into some money issues with this build so im going to have to put it off for a couple weeks but you could be recieveing a messege from me sometime :D
