ECU Programming

Hey guys.....Im kind of stumped and need some advice or someone to point me in the right direction. I got a head of myself and bought my turbo kit and a bunch of engine mods, then thought about my ECU. Is the ECU for the 2nd Gen Teg programmable? Or do I need a chip? Or a full upgrade? If I have to chip it sugguestions would be awesome. Thanks for all the help guys!!!!

Get a jumper harness(Rywire or Boomslang), an OBD1 Honda ECU(p28, P06, etc), socket and chip the ECU, have it tuned by someone who knows what they're doing on a program like Hondata, Crome, EcTune, etc.
