ecu problems???

Hey guys I think my ecu is going out. My seat belt on the drivers side is messing up sometimes it will work and sometimes it wont. And when it does work there is a clicking noise coming from the ecu. I don't know what itcould be in completely stumped.

Is there still lifetime warranty on the seat belt thru Acura/Honda? I would call up Acura/Honda since it's safety issue.
