So I'm working on my Integra, its a 91 and I'm putting a b20vtec in it. I have a p28 ECU. The car cranks, but does not turn over and I deduced the problem to not having spark. After checking the grounds, replacing the distributor and spark plugs/wires, I opened up the ECU and discovered a missing chip in the 27256 slot. Just wondering if this would be why my car is not getting spark, I'd like to know before buying a brand new ECU. Thanks.
