ECU Plug location

I am trying to find the ECU access for my diagnostics tool, but I can't seem to find it. Anyone know where it could be and what it looks like?

Passenger side to the right of the climate control under the dash.

Maybe one of the previous owners have removed it, because I can't find anything.

Its the light grey plug to the right of the center console you can barely see it in the pic
