ecu location

hey im wondering where the ecu is located. i want to chip my car but i'd need to know hwere the ecu is located. Also, anyone know good chip makers or are they all the same?

Located on passenger side where u put your feet under the carpet. Pull the carpet back and you will see its behind this gold metal thing. Thats where mines is located.

yeah just pull back the carpet on the passenger side under the dash and its under a gold plate. There may not even be a plate there.

Dont just buy a chip off line. Have a shop socket your ECU, tune it, and burn the chip specifically for your set up.
