so i have a burned out Q3_ on my ecu board. i dont know the last digit of the component code since it has been burned off the board. here are pics (sorry they are blurry, but you get an idea of where it is)

the ecu is a OBD1 P72 A01. its from my 94 GSR.
looking at the top of the board and the plug side to the left the burned component is just south of C64, west of C100, and north of C13. i believe it is a transistor? it has 3 prongs. in the pics the pink thing is pointing to it.
if anyone can identify this component and/or what circuit it is used in that would be awesome.
also, i doubt this is important because i think it is part of chipping, (yes this ecu is chipped) but the J12 resistor has been removed. can anyone confirm this is part of chipping?
im trying to figure out if this burned component is the reason i cant get any voltage to my injectors (i have checked nearly everything else.
Any and all input is welcome.
Thank you to everyone who takes the time out of their day to help me figure this out.
