i have a 91 integ that is throwing the code 13 how do i fix this?

13 is the code for Atmospheric Pressure.

so that means replace the map?

I would try resetting the ECU first, if the problem persists, replace the ECU.

Thats what most of the threads on Honda-Tech suggested.

i switched the ecu twice and even for the hell of it put an ecu out of a auto in and they all throw the same code

IDK then. there were a lot of threads about it on Honda-Tech. I'd say check a bunch of the threads and try and find something there. Or talk to 8Urcivic, or HondaGod666. When I cant find something on H-T, Ricky and Jake are my next call.
