eCtune trouble

Okay, so here is the current issue that is bugging me.
I recently moved from a low elevation area to a slightly higher elevation area and i have noticed that my air fuel ratio seems to be off... let me rephrase that, it is wayyy off. 17 to 18 at idle. Which is no bueno. it isn't lean popping on deceleration and once i get on the throttle the afr acts near to normal but is still bouncing around a bit. On cold starts sometimes it dies after starting up.

could the change in elevation and climate really affect the car that much??
its tuned on eCtune and runs on E85 if that helps at all.

any input would be greatly appreciated :) thanks

Shut up baby, I know it!
how much of an elevation change are we talking here? given the fact that its on E85 i could see the elevation issue being HUGE.

about a 1000 to 2000 foot difference in elevation. I am almost positive that it is the elevation that is affecting it because the issue occurred almost immediately after i moved. Also there is less humidity in my area.
I already contacted the guy who tuned my car and I'm ready to send him a log file but he hasn't gotten back to me yet.
