It would cover the front end of the fender.

Couldnt find a picture with it on, but if you compare the bra with the fender, you see the little opening that would allow the turn signal to shine through.

88-91 Civics had these as part of the Hood bra as well, I never put them on but it does protect the frt edge of the fenders
