also ...can i buy a longblock and use the existing tranny???
for the b-series, you can put any b-series trans on any b-series block, long or short

but remember you should have a d16 DOHC in there i think.. so a Bseries block isnt going to work with the tranny but a full 90-91 swap isnt all that much, do some measurments (spelled wronge lol) eye everything up with the 90-93 tegs and youirs take pics! so what you can to figure out what mount your gonna have to move....ect..im sure its not gonna be a direct drop in

It's very difficult to get an H series into a G1 Teg, Kutchaboy. That's a ridiculous suggestion.

Any B series will fit into a G1 with the help of an aftermarket engine mount kit. And you'll need to put a B series tranny in along with it, of course, like Walshie said. Not a highly difficult swap.
What year is the Integra?
86+87 = D16A1 113HP/99TQ
88+89 = D16A3 118HP/103TQ

B16 is probably your best choice.

id say a b16 in there would do the job i believe there is a sponser on here selling it for 1400 and you can pick up the mounts for a few hundred

You'll also need the Hasport motor mounts. But you'll have to get the entire engine swap tranny, ecu, etc because it's all different.

any B series motor fits i would go with a b16a or b18c.... and it will be much faster and no one will expect that integra to be coming

To me, it wouldn't matter what engine goes in it. If I had a 88 for a project car I'd be happy with my B18B1 engine in. I've seen only one B18C5 in a G1, though.
