Dying motor? some help

Ok lets get started. I got 97' GS tegg, it has a B18A1 5spd.

has 194k on the dash, like 170k on the motor lol.

Problem here is sometimes she idles good and smooth, others she bogs down at 100-200 RPM.

Ran a compression test, i got the first two cylinders at 148-152, now the last two cylinders compression were both at around 130.
I needed a valve adjustment and never got the chance to get it done, i noticed looking at my muffler seeing the misfires i was having, there is liquid coming out the muffler, little droplets, smells like anti-freeze :???: my guess? its mixing :( and burning gas like a V8 :x

heres what i did, Ran the compression test(results ^ there lol) replaced the dizzy cap & rotor, got new wires too. I dont have a CEL light either.

Any ideas on what else i should try? Im trying to see if theres any other options or routes i could take

im goin open the head and see how the valves look, later on in the day.

*Ive been thinking just goin to EngineDepot picking up a b18b1 swap with no tranny, they are 650$ with 50k miles papers and all, and get it put in for only 200$. And not dealing with any of this lol just setting aside the B18A1 and building/fixing it later maybe to drop it in a shell or somethin.

it will tell you what exactly is going on with your motor. it could be a slight head gasket leak

You could possibly have a bad breadbasket. When mine was leaking I had low compression in the cylinder closest to the leak. Fixed the gasket and I have all my power back, gets better mpg, and doesn't smoke.

It doesn't smoke, and I had a head gasket done about four months ago,
There is a small whoosh sound coming from around where the compression is low. Smells like anti freeze there too. And how would I know if my block is bad?
