Driver window motor/regulator replacement

Greetings..wondering if anyone has a video or tutorial on replacing a driverside window motor/regulator.
Window stuck down and when I opened up the door panel, the motor fell apart...96 Integra GSR Sedan.
Any info woud be appreciated as I couldn't find any threads relating to the fix...If anyone has he part for Sale I'd be interested..thanks

thanks for the response..I'd seen this video but seems to be for a 2 door..I have a 4 door and the regulator from what I can tell is different for my car...
