Drag Gen3 Turbo Kit ? Help

All right i was looking up some stuff last night on turbos and i came across this one, its more than i wanted to spend but i like the hp gain on it. Drag gen3 and i want to do a n x N-tercooler SETUP later on ?
Things i got allready
edelbrock header
skunk 2, 3in exhaust
injen air intake
buddyclub vtec controler

ALL right would all this blow my motor? what would i need to add to my motor?
Its my daily driver,and my only car so i dont want to hurt it.
My motor got 100,000 miles on it , so how much boost should i use ?

First of all, with a turbo setup you won't use the intake or header, and I'd get rid of that vtec controller while you can. It won't help you once you boost.

You should do compression and leakdown tests to make sure your motor is healthy, then go from there.

When boosting, you don't want to judge by PSI but rather by how much power the engine is making. Most Honda guys will say less than 300whp on stock internals and you're ok, but forged pistons and rods are highly recommended for any turbo setup.
