Is it possible to repair door panels? You know when they get that ugly wrinkle in them or nasty dents? I would love to find out if it is possible?

it is possible to fix that wrinkle on the door panel

ive seen it not too long ago. but it goes like this..

remove door panel
if you look at the back, you'll see little holes. take a dremel with a roto zip drill bit and carefully make the holes a little bit bigger where the wrinkles are. BE CAREFUL NOT TO GO ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!
spray some 3M or better adhesive thru the holes
press down on the vinyl and dry with heat gun

id rather use some fiberglass resin or something stronger than some spray adhesive tho

damn that sounds a little risky for me. Especially since door panels are expensive and good one's are hard to come by where i am.

I know how to fix them.

A. Go to eBay
B. Purchase used door panel that is in good condition
C. Install

There really isnt a way to return the wrinkles back to normal. They may be a little less obvious, but you will still be able to tell.

yeah thats what i has hoping i didn't have to do as i just bought some for 40 that are getting a little messed up in the back of my car.

You know the piece on the door panel at the VERY top? it's the rubber piece that when the window comes up it wipes water off?? I need to put this piece back on? what is the best way to do this?
