door interchanges between 1990 acura integra and the 1992 acura integra

I recently purchased a 1990 Acura Integra. Upon close inspection, I realized that the doors had been replaced, due to the fact that the car originally came with power windows/locks. (it had fuses for this) Since the body lines matched up, I thought it was of no concern till it rained. Then I realized that the windows on BOTH sides did not fully seal up against the rubber towards the back part of the window. Hence, rain comes in. Here is the question: Do body parts swap 100% between 1990 and 1992 Acuras? If so, is there a difference in door size between "roll-down" and manual lock doors versus powered versions? Maybe its just the window alignment, but with the windows FULLY rolled up and the door shut tight, there is STILL an eighth to a quarter inch gap at the back where the window should meet the seals. Anyway, if anyone has any knowledge, throw some at me. Thanks

i bought a 91 with the driver door being replaced i too made the same mistake with thinking the body lines matched up so i thought it was okay. Mine still seals very good but a very small amount of water does get in from the driver side. I suggest you get window visors as a cheap and nice jdm style look otherwise going to a body shop or a friend who has experience with this type of situation can be a help but can end of being costly.
