My car still runs and drives even though my key is out of the ignition. What's wrong with it?

it's the lock switch in the cylinder.

You should probably get that fixed soon... eventually someone will be able to start your car with a flat head. lol

My grandpa's old truck did something similar. You could turn the rabbit ears on the steering column without the key in and it would start. We replaced the ignition switch and it was just fine after.
