I would like to know to how hook up Vtec in a 1990 Acura Integra
I have a B16a honda Vtec egnine and i dont think it works
What do i need to make it work?
How can i tell if it is working or not?

You need the proper ECU and you need to run the wires. You can use a jumper harness to take care of the wiring(Rywire or Boomslang are the best options in my opinion). If you haven't converted to OBD1 yet you'll either need to or you'll need an OBD0 B16 ECU.
You can tell if it's working or not by listening for the crossover. If Vtec hits with a B16, you'll know it.
