Well man what do you mean blowin up? Is it jus your ignition coil , the black thing with the two screws on the top right side of it. Or is it your ignition module, the thing that all the wires hook up on the top part of? Cuz that's really all goes bad with distributors , well electronically. Or did the bearing in the middle go out ,and if that happened yeah it would physically looked blown up , or was it jus full of oil? That would be the lil seal in the inside of the distributor is shot. I use to rebuild em for a job for a couple years. But most the time hondas coils are notorious 4 bein the fault of a broke dizzy.
