Dirty motor

Bought a 99 civic ex, ek coupe, d16y8. Car had been sanded primered and painted recently and the motor and bay are extremely dirty from body dust and other shit. I know a lot are against this but I don't see any other way but to spray it down with purple power and pressure wash it from a few feet away.

Also the interior was really dusty as well, what's a good cleaner for all the plastics that will remove all the set in dust?

I've searched and read and blah blah but everything I have tried doesn't remove water spots off the windows. Lemon juice, vinegar, newspaper, invisible glass. Any tips?

Any help/tips is greatly appreciated.

No it doesn't. Not set in spots. Tried every window cleaner out there. I even tried goof off and airplane remover. Lol they are on there.

I know if I spray the motor to do it cold, and let it dry before I run it.

Anyone have tips for bad gas? Car has sat for 3 months and has half a tank in it. Don't want to run it all out. Maybe add 93 on top and some octane booster?

More so want the motor cleaned.
