DD; 1990 Integra RS, what to do?

I have a 1990 Integra RS that was handed down to me from my grandma, and currently looking to improve it. Not full race, since it's going to be Daily driver everywhere. Currently, this is the work I've done on it, but EVERYTHING is Stock except the head unit.

Replaced the Alternator (was 22 years old), Replacing the Fuel Filter (Unknown when she last changed it),
I seafoamed my Teg and saw smoke from the exhaust coming from the headgasket, so that needs to be replaced ASAP (Contacting the Mechanic who put it on for them to fix it).

This is what I want to get done to it, and want help/advice on what to get.

1. Replacing both front axels. Right clicks when turning, left doesn't but both boots are completely broken. Unknown how long they have been like that
2. Springs (been squeaking alot when going over speed bumps, even slow)
3. Cold Air Intake (What brand? Buddy told me to grab a K&N)
4. Sound system. (Want to minimalist, since I sometimes use my trunk & rear seat as a camping-area for certain situations)
5. Shocks (Was told they were leaking oil, but my handling is amazing, so I don't want to ruin it :( )

Things I want to figure out
1. Why the hell I hear squeaking from my dash board, to the left. Been told its my Odometer/Speedometer cable. It's getting annoying, and my Speedometer needle wiggles at times (and is 5mph fast)

I'm car-stupid, only had the Integra for a year now, and alot of age related issues have come up with it. Since I seafoamed my intake manifold, I'm probably going to buy new Spark Plugs and have all my seals checked out. (Grandma used the car for short, low RPM trips for most of its like. Engine is at 167k miles)

Any advice? Music wise, I listen to varied Punk to Hardstyle/Hardcore/Fidget House, so Sound wise, Sub is going to be important, but I don't want to spend too much. It only has to sound good, not shake my bolts loose haha.

pick up the axles from napa auto parts. they have a lifetime warranty and seems to be a better quality than autozone/pepboys from my experience.

springs, just spray some wd40 or spray lube on the moving parts. ie, control arms.

CAI, AEM is a good brand to go with. unless you dont have smog regs, an ebay one with a k&n filter would do fine.

as for audio, get a good/high quality 8" sub and a matching wattage (RMS) amp. im actually looking to get this sub setup to save weight and have some bumps in the trunk. and remember, a sealed box will have better sound inside the car and a vented box will have a better sound to other people :rolf:

shocks, a good oem equivalent would be some tokiko blues. but if you want a whole setup and not afraid to spend some cash, full coilovers or koni/ground control would be good.

I live in California so...kinda strict on the Smog Regs haha. Recommended stores? I keep seeing Pep/Autozone everywhere, but have yet to see a NAPA Auto Parts :(

For a CAI, what about the K&N FIPK Air Intake? Been looking through AutoAnything with parts, looking through reviews and such
Looking at these two parts
