You should do some research. Companies like Koni, Eibach, KW, Sachs, JRZ, Ohlins, and JIC make exceptionally well-designed dampers, springs, and full coils. At this point, I highly doubt you're intelligent enough to understand how to read a shock dyno test, but if you are you should check out tests done on these company's products. The vast majority of professional race teams and privateers run suspension products from one of these companies.
Think about it, if stock setups were the best for performance, then why do we who are into motorsports change them to extract greater performance from our cars?
Essentially what you're saying - and I'm sorry if I misinterpret you're failed attempt and the English language - is that you care about having a low car and a soft ride.
Basically you want to lower your car for no reason other than looks. Guess which demographic modifies cars only for looks?
RICERS
If you want to put DC shocks and springs on a DA go for it. It's really your choice and I'm sure you can make it work. Truthfully I don't really care what you do to your car, you've already proven you're an uneducated ricer. However, don't come on this forum, ask a n00b question and then flip out because you can't take a joke. We all mess with n00bs a little on here; and when we were n00bs we got it too.
BTW your "cuzing's" Civic probably handles like sweaty balls.
