DB1 upgrades, new owner need help!!

I just recently got a DB1 and i know SOME things that i should know like.. i can prob understand the lingo people throw out when it comes to it soo.. just keep that in mind if you plan on replying..

Well like i said i just recently bought this car and im trying to get into hondas more and more cause i just LOVE learning about them.. im 17 and ima be driving this ALL THE TIME once i get my license but as of noww i just did enuff to make my car comfortable when i drive.. basic things. tint, radio, a/c, little body work...the basics..
I want to get into working on engine components to add HP onto my car cause right now its OKAAAYY but i want my car to be quicker.. and im thinking right now that SKUNK2 is the s*** on ANYTHING i wanna get but i guess a friend tells me when it comes to certain things some brands suck ass and some materials used suck to.. noww i just want to know this much right now..

what are some goood headers?
intake?
intake manifold?
throttle bodies?

im starting off simple for now cause i wanna get this stuff done with before i go onto engine components.. later on down the line i might get a type R motor in my car but.........thats wayyy down the line haha so PLEASEE PLEASE PLLEEEEAAASSEEEE respond cause i REALLY am clueless on this and im stuck between a best friend who brought me into hondas tellin me things and another person telling me another and i dont wanna risk my car on ANYTHING..

i heard magna flow and it isnt really my thing.. i told my friend that im really looking for an exhaust that sounds like the speed im goin if you get my meaning? like hahah i dont want a fart can or an exhaust where it sounds like im going 80 but im only going 30.. i HATE hearing those ones..

i want one that sounds like im going 80mph IF IM ACTUALLY GOING 80MPH!! and as of now i got the AEM intake just cause i saw a video on one going thru these forums and that shit sounded hard as shit x) it wanted to eat children xD hahahah sooo i got a deal for one for $100 cause i know the guy personally selling them

and what would the horsepower gains be WITHOUT tuning? ..relatively

oh and is 4 to 1 headers a STYLE or.. an actual brand?? i honestly have no clue cause i hear that tossed around soooo much im thinking its a style of headers or something like as if theres 4 to 1 headers and another style to choose from

I think thats the actual description of how the ports run together.
There's 4-to-1 and 4-to-2-to-1 I believe....
