DB1 '90 - '93 Bumper difference

I wanna ask that if the '93 bumpers fit '91 Integras without any problems.

My bumper for the moment is like this :

The bumper I found and will gonna buy is this :

does it fit without any hassles ?

You need the bumper brackets and turn signals for the 92/93 bumper to boot it up to your 90-91

Um not kidding, bumper is bumper, however, I'm Turkish. I can't get some automative words sometimes.
That's why I asked. normally I know what bracket is : [ ] these are brackets
in a car ? ok I found from google. what brackets are in a bumper

Sorry didn't know you're from another country, that would explain the confusion. But yes, it's a bracket that holds the bumper cover onto the car.
