Dash Lights Quit Working After Led Swap

my da9 is blowin my mind
hey everyone so yesterday i received my leds for my climate control and switches for the defroster and fog lights, when i finished doing that i decided to take out the cluster bulbs so i can see which ones to get so i can convert them next. so i went for a drive to see how it looked and the red looked awesome but i noticed my speedometer stopped working and my d3 light kept flashing. so first thing i did today was check the wiring and it turns out a cable wasn't connected, the s3 stopped blinking but now my speedometer creeps up very slow to my speed and i realized my dash lights are completely off. i checked to see if my rear lights lit up still and sure enough they do i checked the fuses for the instrument/dashboard and theyre not blown out .my clock works still also does anyone know what can the problem be?

re check the wiring where your leds are hooked up and double check that wiring again to see if there is another connection that might look hooked up but is not. they have to completely connected. it sounds like your grounding the lights out when you turn them on.
