Hello everyone - just joined and need some advice regarding damage from an accident. Luckily everyone involved was okay and the other driver was at fault.
I don't think the damage is nearly as bad as it could have been. I drove the car home and didn't notice any problems or hear any noises. The tire appears to be fine, no rubbing is occurring, and the headlights are undamaged. I didn't notice any fluid leaks either. I looked under the hood and besides one gauge that popped off, everything else appears okay, including the radiator. Sooo, I'm guessing I'll need a new hood, bumper, reflector lights, etc. The insurance collision center is inspecting the car on Monday and I'm pricing parts myself over the weekend. A mechanic friend of mine is also helping me get an idea of what will need to be done. Any other suggestions/things I may of missed? Thanks!
