DA9 leaking rain water through seatbelt tracks... no, its not the sunroof/windshield!

Hi people..

I've used this for referance (and thanks for the wealth of knowlage), but I think this is my first Actual post.

My 91 integra LS 3dr has water leaks from both seatbelt tracks (passenger and driver side) dripping down over the power window switches when it sits/is driven in the rain. There is not alot of collection in the floorboards at all, it's mostly absorbed by the carpet as it drips down the door panels, but one of the power window switches is now starting to fail. No leaks under the dash, in the trunk or in any of the other usual problem spots. I've combed tons of forums but suggestions point to the sunroof and i've tested that. I know it's not the windshield 'cause I've had it replaced twice professionally and nothing has changed. It doesn't leak between the window and window seals... that's NOT where it is leaking from... it's coming out of the seatbelt tracks, directly above (and down onto) the power-window switches. so I think the seals themselves are good... could it be the way the seals are attached to the body?

The rainy season is coming and I really want to fix it NOW... any suggestions OTHER THAN windshield, firewall, sunroof, cowel?

Thanks in advance for your thoughtful responses.
